Evolve is proud to offer a Menopause Society Certified HRT specialist in addition to all of the routine health care needs for women of all ages.
Hormone replacement therapies (HRT) are the medications to treat menopause symptoms.
Evolve also offers all routine well-woman care such as annual PAP tests, birth control counseling, breast cancer screening and osteoprosis screening. We also work closely with all of the the best OB/GYN specialists in the area, including Johns Hopkins, UMMS and Mercy, should you ever need a referral.
Kerri Jones, MSN, CRNP-BC
Kerri Jones became a Certified Menopause HRT Practitioner in 2025 after undergoing a rigorous ACCME accredited program through the Menopause Society’s developed it’s competency examination which has set the standard for menopause practice.
She has a passion for education and a strong focus on good preventative medicine. She believes the key to good health is a holistic approach — as everything is interconnected. And she believes empowering women with knowledge, and supporting them through joint decision making is paramount.
Kerri was born in Baltimore, Maryland. She earned her Masters degree from the University of Maryland in 2009, with certification in Primary Care, all while working at Johns Hopkins as an RN from 2005 to 2010. She has been at Evolve since 2023 and earned dozens of “5 star” reviews on Google, Yelp and other websites. Her patients LOVE her!

The Menopause Society recognizes the need to set essential standards for healthcare professionals, thereby assuring high-quality care for women at menopause and beyond.
