Amy Ricker is originally from Hagerstown, MD. She obtained her undgergraduate degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology from Salisbury University. After earning her first Bachelor’s degree, she went onto obtain a second Bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Maryland where she earned a 4.0 GPA. After graduation, Amy worked as an Emergency Medicine nurse for 6 years at Baltimore-Washington Medical Center (BWMC) she was quickly promoted to a charge nurse position. She helped pioneer the Fast Track program at BWMC during their transition to a University of Maryland affiliate.
In 2011 she obtained her Master’s from University of Maryland as a Family Nurse Practitioner with a GPA 4.0 despite having 2 of her 3 children during that time. She went on to work as a Nurse Practitioner in the Emergency Department. She then worked in a Primary Care clinic until joining Evolve Direct Primary Care.
She currrently resides in Annapolis with her husband, 3 children and two dogs. She enjoys travelling, outdoor activities, and spending time with her family. She has a special interest in Women’s Health, general healthcare and wellness and truly enjoys getting to know her patients and providing them with the same care she would provide her own family.
Eileen Delaney is a native of West Chester Pennsylvania. She is a diploma graduate of Episcopal Hospital school of Nursing in Philadelphia. She went on to earn her BSN from LaSalle University in Philadelphia and a MSN from Old Dominion University in Norfolk Virginia. She is certified as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner.
She loves to travel and was able to combine this with her Nursing interests by being a Travel Nurse for 4 years early in her early career. This allowed her to live and work in Hawaii, Florida and Palm Springs, San Francisco and San Luis Obispo, California.
Eileen then joined the Navy and served 4 years in the Navy Nurse Corps. She was stationed at the Naval Hospital San Diego (old and new), and Naval Hospital Bremerton. She continued her travels and nursing as the wife of a Naval Officer, moving every 2 years. The highlight of this was living in Gaeta, Italy where her second child was born.
In 2002, when her husband retired from the Navy, she moved to Annapolis and helped build a very successful Nurse Practitioner clinic at a local primary care office where she stayed until joining Evolve in 2014. Her interests include cooking, sewing, decorating, reading, girls softball, baseball and all family activities with her husband and children. She loves working with the local Annapolis community and living in an area where she is constantly running into old Navy Friends. She has special interest in general healthcare and wellness, women’s health and family medicine.
