Kerri was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. She earned her Masters degree from University of Maryland in 2009, with certification in Primary Care, all while working at Johns Hopkins as an RN from 2005 to 2010.
She began working at an Internal Medicine practice as an adult NP and from 2013 to 2021 she was a clinical instructor for the MSN and Doctorate of NP program for the University of Maryland. Kerri was the sole Primary Care Provider for a multi-specialty practice from 2012 to 2021 prior to joining Evolve.
Kerri has a passion for education and a strong focus on good preventative medicine. She also has a special interest in women’s health.
She believes the key to good health is a holistic approach — as everything is interconnected. And she believes empowering patients with knowledge, and supporting them through joint decision making is her goal.
Kerri lives in Anne Arundel county with her daughter and rescue dog Sophia. When not working, she volunteers at 2 local domestic violence organizations. She is also an avid outdoor enthusiast and enjoys camping, backpacking, kayaking and has a passion for photography and historical architecture.
